Everyone! We hope that this annual event will become a tradition in which current school families, former school families, Miramonte alumni, Orinda neighbors, and local businesses will come together to create community in support of Orinda schools.

A limited number of Early Bird discounted tickets will go on sale February 27th at $65 per person. Regular admission tickets will be $75 beginning March 21st, and tickets may be available at the door, pending availability. There is also an opportunity to sponsor a staff member. If you are a teacher or OUSD/AUHSD district employee and would like to inquire about discounted admission, please let us know at administrator@oneorinda.org. A Note about the optional fees added to your total check out price in our ticketing platform: 1) Credit Card Fee: You may remove the credit card fee from your total by clicking "edit" and deselecting the blue check box. If you choose to not cover this fee, it is paid by ONE. 2) Givebutter Tip: Givebutter makes their platform FREE to organizations by asking them to include this tipping model. This amount goes directly to Givebutter, and has no impact on the disbursement of funds that come to ONE. To remove or change the tip amount, click the tipping drop down menu. You may select a lower amount or pay 0 by selecting “other” and entering 0 in the box provided. If you choose to not cover this fee, there is no financial cost to ONE.

The dress code of the event is Smart Casual/Casual Chic. This is a step up from Casual, but not as formal as Business Casual. Examples include dress shirts, blouses, nice jeans or khakis, dresses, or skirts with stylish tops. The event will have both indoor and outdoor elements, so dress appropriately for weather.

Dinner will be provided in the form of two Taste of the World Food Trucks - King Gyro & Kabob and Rosie's Mexican Food. Gluten free options will be available. Wine, beer & non-alcoholic drinks will be served at the event.

Please park in the parking lots within Orinda Fields Lane, adjacent to the fields. Take the stairs in between Fields 4 and 5 up to the Art & Garden Center. Please note that parking is not permitted anywhere along Wilder Road, Bigleaf Road, Paintbrush Lane, in private mail kiosks or in the developer’s former sales office lot. Carpooling and Rideshares are encouraged.

Our event will have a silent auction component. More details to follow as we get closer to the event. There will also be an opportunity to donate in person at the event to support our $5M fundraising goal for the 2024-25 school year.
